The Tops and Blouses category mainly features tops designed and crafted by Malam, complemented by a smaller selection of blouses. All pieces are made in an independent French workshop, with a strong focus on enhancing the silhouette.

Tops are the core of this category and a key area of creative expression. Some designs play with sleeve volume, others with open or detailed backs, while more minimal cuts are elevated through thoughtful fabric combinations. It is common for two or even three different fabrics to be combined within a single design, creating balance between structure, movement and originality.

Even when cuts are fitted to the body, they are designed to remain comfortable and flattering, using proportion and volume to shape a distinctive silhouette. Blouses, available in smaller numbers, tend to feature more restrained lines while maintaining Malam’s attention to cut and finish.

Pieces are offered as small batches, one-of-a-kind designs, in-stock items ready to ship, or made-to-order creations, adjusted to size and, depending on the model, customizable through fabric selection.

Tops and blouses naturally pair with skirts, trousers, shorts or cardigans from the collection. For customizable pieces, the fabric library allows customers to explore available fabrics organized by garment type.
